We have two clinic locations to serve you in New Brunswick.
ReConnect Health Moncton - (506)-386-3650. Located at 25 Gorge Road. Just off Mountain road we share a parking lot with Royal Bank and Second cup. Free Parking Available.
ReConnect Health Fredericton - (506) 406-0543. Located at 1015 Regent Street unit 101 on the main floor with Shopper Drug Mart. Parking is $3 until 6 pm and Free after 6 pm and on weekends.

For Infants and time sensitive appointments for example during pregnancy and you are unable to find an appointment online please contact us info@reconnecthealth.ca and we can ensure you’re on our cancellation and waitlists.
